Responding to RFPs, security questionnaires, and due-diligence requests is a critical but time-consuming part of doing business. Teams often spend days—or weeks—tracking down answers, coordinating reviewers, and managing content that quickly becomes outdated.
Flywheel AI was designed to change that.
The goal was to build an AI-forward collaboration platform that helps companies respond to RFPs and questionnaires quickly and confidently. By combining a structured content library with AI-assisted responses and lightweight collaboration tools, Flywheel helps teams move from raw questions to polished submissions in a fraction of the time.
My Role
I led product design across the entire experience—from early research and system architecture to interaction design and design system development. I worked closely with product managers, leadership, engineers, customer success teams, and strategic customers to shape both the product vision and the user experience.
